How it Works

  • WasteNot begins with scheduling a site visit with you and/or your agent.
  • WasteNot will prepare a deconstruction proposal identifying materials to be donated.
  • WasteNot recommends an IRS recognized materials appraiser to document and value the materials.
  • WasteNot will coordinate with your general contractor/architect and remove all agreed upon materials.
  • WasteNot is fully insured and safety trained. We act quickly, neatly and professionally. Most deconstructions are accomplished within one week.

What are the Fees?

  • There is an appraisal fee and a fee to deinstall, remove and repurpose the materials.
